We at BROX Records are always supportive of venues that promote ROOTS MUSIC (Red Dirt, Honky Tonk, Alt. Country, Southern Rock, Blues, Etc.) We are an Independent Record Label that specializes in the above styles of music. Our A&R rep. in Missouri is Steve (Maddog) Call, having worked with many of the greats over the years, including Stevie Ray Vaughn, David Alan Coe, Leon Russell, & Hank III just to name a few. We would like our rep. Steve Call to come by and visit with you, hopefully we can work together in promoting Reddirt artists. Some of the artists we have worked with are; Level Route, Billy Joe Shaver, JT Coldfire, Sisbro, Leatherwood, Dale Watson, Diamondback Texas, Riff Raff, and our upcoming CD will feature Jason Boland, The Rod Kennedy Organization, Arbuckle Xpress, Wild Horses, Greg Gardner, and others. I used to play steel guitar in a reddirt roots rock band called "Gruene County."
I had the pleasure of meeting Hank III in Columbia, Mo. and Leon Russell is my alltime favorite performer.
